This is why I get up at 6.30am every morning. This is why I spend hours on the weekend preparing meals (and subsequently carrying boxes of food with me all day 🙂 ). This is why I train 5 times a week come rain or shine. This is why I do what I do:

Still, I cannot workout THAT early in the morning 🙂 Maybe it will change as I get older, but as I never really sleep well, I need those early morning hours 🙂 Lately I have started working out before noon and I noticed it boosts my productivity 🙂 Thank you for this and have a great day, Miranda :*

You are welcome 🙂 Glad you enjoyed! I too have sleeping problems – it takes me a while to fall asleep so I go to bed early but have no issues waking up early. And exercise definitely helps!
